  Photography by Partha Sen
Manoranjan is 14 now. He lost his father when he was two. His mother left him when he was three. Manoranjan now stays with his distant aunt, Saraswati.
He joins his uncle Harekrishna, a bohuroopee

Every morning he makes up as different Hindu gods and goddesses
They go around Kolkata and its suburbs to beg
(they call it donation).
They return by 5 in the evening and
hand over the entire day's earning to his
aunt.
